I'm not that crazy about it. I think that there isn't really a NEED to have more authority positions. It gives the people who gets these positions (President & Vice) an easier time to slack off and just pass on jobs to other people, while doing minimal work themselves.
The other positions, however, (Shop Manager and Business Manager) could be good ideas.
I think that all students should be on equal grounds, with no one student having more authority than the other. It can create problems. When everyone is on equal grounds, everyone is obligated to do nearly the same amount of work as everybody else without "forcing" somebody else to do the job. (As Presidents and Vice's may be tempted to do).
